What is the second year newcomers class

In the second year newcomers classes are students who have already mastered a reasonable basis of the Dutch language. They are usually second-year newcomers and generally move on from our upper school groups. The students receive an extra Dutch language boost and are prepared for secondary education. The second year newcomers classes can be seen as a bridge between primary and secondary education. In the second year newcomers classes, students stay at the ITK for an entire school year.
