Who will be eligible

The Kopklas is for students who can profit from an extra year at ITK. The focus is on the Dutch language. The goal for students is to be able to move on to secondary education appropriate to their learning level. A Kopklas pupil is aged 11 or 12.
Every pupil takes tests at the start in the head class. Based on these tests, we see what the student already manages and what still needs to be learned. Then we set final goals and a customized program. To follow the development of the student and to adjust goals if necessary, tests are taken every 10 weeks.
